The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) invites an Intern in Partnerships to support the Partnerships team in sponsor engagement and event coordination. You will help prepare materials, research brand partners, and assist with activating sponsorships for CARAS programs.
This 4-month internship (hybrid in Toronto) offers hands-on experience in partnership management, asset tracking, and cross-team collaboration within a music industry nonprofit setting.
The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) was formed in 1975 to preserve and enhance the Canadian music industry and to contribute towards higher artistic and industry standards. CARAS’ mandate is comprised of four key pillars: Educate through our music education charity MusiCounts’ programs and initiatives, Develop emerging artists through mentorship and development programs, Celebrate Canadian artists through The JUNO Awards and other year-round initiatives, and Honour music industry icons through the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
The Intern, Partnerships will support the CARAS Partnerships department in preparing sponsorship materials and coordinating partner-related activities. This role provides hands-on experience in partnership management and event support while helping ensure the smooth execution of CARAS’ core initiatives.
