Bombardier in Dorval, QC, is seeking an Intern for HR Business Partner Support and Data Analytics for Winter 2027. The role blends HR operations with data analytics, offering exposure to talent acquisition, reporting, and immigration matters.

You will work in a hybrid environment, support the HR team on various projects, and gain hands-on experience in headcount tracking, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency on Windows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support HR team in talent acquisition activities (opening requisitions, salary recommendations).
• Contribute to merit and promotion cycles and talent reviews by consolidating information.
• Assist with immigration cases by gathering required documents.
• Support headcount tracking, requisitions, and HR reporting.
• Provide recommendations to optimize HR reporting and processes.
• Assist with initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement.
• Lead or support ad hoc HR projects as needed.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Support the Human Resources team in talent acquisition (opening of requisitions, salary recommendations, etc)
• Participate in the merit, promotion/progression cycle process as well as the talent review by consolidating information from different
• Support all immigration cases by gathering the required documentations
• Support headcount tracking and reporting, requisitions tracking and other type of HR reporting
• Provide recommendations on HR reporting optimization
• Support the implementation of initiative to improve employee retention and engagement
• Lead and support ad hoc HR projects based on business needs.

• You are completing a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other relevant field;
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office software in a Windows environment with strong abilities in Excel
