Job summary

Bombardier invites driven interns to contribute to the Technical Services team in Dorval, QC. The internship focuses on process creation or improvement, leveraging MS Visio, Excel, Power Apps and Power BI to support business processes.

You will coordinate with process owners to set goals and schedules, and facilitate data input in new tools. During the program, you will learn project management skills within an aviation environment and gain hands-on experience across Microsoft Power Platform,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 apps (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Experience with MS Power Platform, VBA, SQL, and DAX is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a primarily remote English work environment.
• English speaking; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition activities around process creation or improvement within the Technical Services department.
• Use MS Office 365 applications (MS Visio, MS Excel, Power Apps and Power BI) to adapt integrated tools to support business processes.
• Coordinate with process owners to establish goals and schedules.
• Facilitate data input activities in newly developed tools with various Technical Services focals.
