Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Intern, Finance - Travel Canada (Winter 2027) in Dorval, QC. This 8-month internship offers exposure to travel and expense processes within a global aviation leader and includes participation in conferences and Bombardier Academy of Learning.

You will support corporate card management, travel policy adherence, expense auditing in Concur, reporting, and present insights to teams. English and French bilingual communication is required; hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a finance, accounting, or related program.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP knowledge.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in terminating corporate cards in the system.
• Assist with bi-monthly credit card delinquency reports and employee communications.
• Familiarize with travel and expense policies for reimbursements.
• Assist in auditing employee expenses in Concur.
• Assist employee questions about the Travel & Expense Concur tool.
• Assist in projects such as hotel audits and TMC invoices.
• Assist in reporting and creating presentations.
• Assist with the FRR report and accrual.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Support corporate card termination in our system
• Support bi-monthly credit card delinquency report and communication to employees
• Familiarization of the travel and expense policy as it applies to reimbursement of expenses.
• Support the auditing of employes expenses in concur
• Support the customer service to employees for questions/actions related to our Travel & Expense Concur Tool
• Provide support and expertise to various projects as required (ex: Hotels audit, TMC invoices.)
• Provide support for all types of reporting and creation of presentation.
• Support the FRR report and accrual
