Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an internship candidate to support customer-centric initiatives and delivery tracking. You will maintain databases, craft reports, and communicate with field teams to ensure accuracy and timely responses.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related fields, with strong English and French communication skills. The role offers a hybrid workplace and potential travel for training outside Canada.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training/purposes outside of Canada may be required.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update and communicate entry into service skyline for deliveries to upper management and stakeholders.
• Maintain information accuracy in Salesforce or comparable databases.
• Create reports and queries to support customer-centric initiatives.
• Track aircraft deliveries daily and communicate with Field Support teams as needed.
• Support process improvements to ensure timely communications and deliverables.
• Audit billing requests and Entry-into-Service invoices to ensure accuracy with data.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for all upcoming deliveries to upper management & internal stakeholders
• Maintain information accuracy in the SalesForce.com database
• Create required reports, analysis and queries in various software tools to support various customer centric initiatives
• Track aircraft deliveries daily
• Communicate by email and/or by telephone, as required, with the Field Support teams to support customer requests
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to support deliverables and timely communications
• Monitor the consumption of contract related entitlements and commitments.
• Audit billing requests and Entry-into-Service invoices related to customer deliveries and reconcile Pilot/Technical support charges to ensure accuracy with Salesforce data.
