Job summary

Bombardier invites students to join a fast-paced internship in a hybrid English work environment, based in Canada (Dorval area). You will support completion systems across cabin management and aircraft electrical subsystems, contributing to reliability analyses and technical reports.

Interns collaborate with Bombardier teams and external operators, preparing presentations and gaining hands-on experience while travel may be required for training or deployment outside Canada.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a Hybrid English work environment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for providing technical support of completion systems including cabin management, communication and electrical systems of the Global and Challenger aircraft platforms.
• Provide support for return to service of aircraft by collaborating with multiple different parties.
• Monitor systems reliability, recognize problems and propose corrective action with financial impact in mind.
• Create reports and presentations on technical analysis and/or solutions to develop.
• Support and provide technical expertise to both internal Bombardier Teams and external Operators.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Be responsible for providing technical support of several aspects of the completion systems including cabin management, communication and electrical systems of the Global and Challenger aircraft platforms.
• Provide support for return to service of aircraft by collaborating with multiple different parties
• Monitor systems reliability, recognize problems and propose corrective action for issues requiring technical solutions, taking into consideration the financial impact for the customers and Bombardier.
• Create reports and presentations on technical analysis and /or solutions to develop.
• Support and provide technical expertise to both internal (Bombardier Teams) and external (Operators) customers.

How to thrive in this role?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly MS Visio, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Experience with MS Power Platform, VBA, SQL, and DAX is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a Hybrid English work environment.
• You speak and write in English; French is an asset.
