Bombardier invites students to join its IT Services domain in Dorval, QC for a four-month internship in the aviation industry. You will identify and support IT initiatives, collaborate with leaders, and contribute to service improvements while learning data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

You will gain hands-on experience with BIS team meetings, GenAI technologies, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, while strengthening your presentation skills and problem-solving abilities in

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent in English with good understanding of French
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Identify, support, and collaborate on IT initiatives under the sponsorship of a leader
• Support several improvement initiatives within Service domain
• Demonstrate and select potential solutions of concrete problems
• Participate in BIS team meetings related to assigned initiatives
• Enhance analytical and problem-solving skills in a real-world setting
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights
• Document processes, findings, and outcomes for knowledge sharing
• Contribute to increasing the efficiency of the department by deploying the developed tools

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Strong analytical thinking & communication skills
• Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of AI and more specifically Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and Microsoft Copilot Studio (strong asset)
• Fluent in English with a good understanding of French
