Job description

Be part of something incredible. Metals are necessary for our world, but mining historically faced issues with waste, sustainability, and inefficiencies. MineSense is changing that. Our solutions reduce mining waste and environmental impacts while increasing profits and efficiencies. Backed by the best in venture capital and government funds, and recognized by tech industry and sustainability programs, MineSense is doing what many said could not be done: improving mining for people and planet.

We are looking for an Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst to our Operations team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational performance, support ERP-based process improvements, and assist in the configuration of supply chain workflows within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role requires a hands-on problem solver who understands how supply chain decisions impact business performance — and can use digital tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and control.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Operations
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance in manufacturing: procurement, demand planning, production scheduling and inventory control.
  • Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and material flow challenges.
  • Track and report key metrics such as inventory turnover, lead times, OTIF (on-time in full), and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement and production to ensure alignment between planning, execution, and inventory strategy.
  • ERP Support & Dynamics 365
  • Translate supply chain needs into system requirements in collaboration with ERP consultants for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Support configuration and continuous improvement of:
  • Inventory tracking and replenishment
  • Warehouse setup, bins, and locations
  • Production orders, BOMs, and routing
  • Workflow automation using Power Automate
  • Assist in business requirement documentation, process mapping, and test scenario development.
  • Partner with IT and external consultants to test and validate supply chain-related system changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, warehousing, procurement, and finance to ensure aligned and optimized supply chain processes.
  • Facilitate or support workshops and process reviews to gather feedback and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support user training and change management during supply chain system or process updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration between supply chain and broader business systems.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain operations (e.g., production planning, inventory, MRP, warehouse operations).
  • Functional familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP or WMS experience required).
  • Experience in ERP or WMS-related improvement projects or implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills; proven ability to work with supply chain KPIs and dashboards.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and supporting ERP configuration/testing.
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate or other low-code automation tools is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish language is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
  • Health & Safety–conscious approach to work.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
