Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
• 3+ years of experience using SQL and Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work autonomously and deliver results in short timeframes
• Experience comparing supply data to documentation to validate supply accuracy
• Ability to triage and resolve discrepancies across systems
• Proficiency with data analytics and process automation tools (Python, pandas, NumPy)
• Understanding of demand vs. supply differentiation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain system implementation
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience working with large-scale infrastructure or data center operations
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support a high-impact team within a global data center organization. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing supply chain data across electrical, mechanical, and connectivity categories. The analyst will use SQL and Python to run analytics, automate processes, validate data, and forecast supply needs. They will also compare supply data to engineering documentation, project future supply coverage, and assist with identifying excess inventory or supply gaps. This individual will play a critical role in building a supply-before-demand buffer and ensuring the health of the supply chain at Meta’s scale. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, comfort working in ambiguity, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
