Job summary
BPA is seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer licensed in Ontario to join its Toronto building engineering team. You will contribute to design, analysis, and delivery across diverse projects while supporting senior engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities span design delivery, coordination, site support, and client interaction, with a focus on technical excellence and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Structural specialization.
- Ontario P.Eng. registration or eligible for registration (PEO).
- 4–8 years building structural design experience (consulting preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structural analysis for building projects (concrete, steel, masonry, timber).
- Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, and design docs.
- Develop drawings/models with BIM/CAD teams.
- Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical teams.
- Support site reviews, RFIs, and field issue resolution.
