Salary: $78,000 - $83,000 + Bonus

Our client, a large market-leading real estate company located in Toronto, is looking to hire an Intermediate Property Accountant.

Your New Role

The Property Accountant will work closely with the Property Accounting Manager and will be responsible for full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, conducting variance analysis, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To succeed as a Property Accountant, you should ideally be a CPA or pursuing the CPA designation. A minimum of 1 year of full-cycle property accounting experience and a strong understanding of Yardi are required.
