Intermediate Production Designer

We are looking for an intermediate level Production Designer to join our team! This person must have the ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to problems, have a strong design sense, and an elevated understanding of the design principles, colour theory, typography, and the ability to work within the Adobe Creative Suite. We are looking for someone with the drive to learn new technologies and stay on top of design trends!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize an acute attention to detail in all aspects of the design process
• Must be able to prep files for final print and digital execution in multiple programs
• Manage multiple assignments from brief to execution and revisions
• Estimate your time correctly and manage expectations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Volunteer to assist teammates
• Follow client brand style guides and maintain consistent files
• Manage and organize working files within Mosaic’s servers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Graphic Design
• 3-5 years Agency or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office are both required
• Love for design and your keen eye in finding creative solutions for simple asks
• Highly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem-solving techniques to find the best solutions
• Client service oriented with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous follow-up, proactive
