Job summary
S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking an Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst based in Calgary to provide a broad range of Microsoft 365, Networking, and Windows Server support within an MSP environment.
The role is full-time and onsite five days per week, with competitive health and wellness benefits and other company perks. Key duties include maintaining Windows Server environments, handling backups and DR, and assisting with server upgrades and network deployments.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years' of IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience.
- Experience with network routing, switching, and protocols (ideally Cisco).
- Experience with Cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh projects
- Assist with network deployments, upgrades, and documentation
- Support and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN solutions, and similar
- Assist with implementation and support of cybersecurity solutions
- Act as an escalation resource for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communication
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows as required
