PGL Environmental Consultants seeks an experienced hydrogeologist (5–10+ years) to join our Canada-wide water resource team. The role supports growth across provinces and involves client interaction, project leadership, and mentoring junior staff.
Based in any of our offices (Vancouver, Langley, Victoria, Calgary, Whitby) or working from home, you will collaborate with hydrogeologists, project managers, and regulators on a broad range of projects, from field investigations to impact assessments.

Are you a proactive individual who takes ownership of projects and excels at troubleshooting? Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients is also crucial for our consultants.
We are seeking an Intermediate Hydrogeologist that can be based out of any of our offices. All employees are fully equipped to work from home or one of our offices (Vancouver, Langley, or Victoria, BC; Calgary, AB; Whitby, ON).
This role involves working with our hydrogeologists, project managers, field staff and other technical specialists on a wide range of water resource projects across Canada. These projects include field investigations for physical and contaminant hydrogeology, hydrogeological impact assessments, contaminant transport analysis, water resource assessments, and expert reviews of environmental assessments for Indigenous communities. Business development and marketing activities, including proposal writing, client relationship building, and pursuing new business opportunities, are also important aspects of this role. Clients include Indigenous communities, developers, commercial and industrial operators and federal, provincial and municipal government departments).
