Our major client is seeking Junior to Early Intermediate Document Controllers (PDDM) to support a long-term mining project. The successful candidates will be responsible for document control and records management activities, ensuring project documentation is processed, maintained, and distributed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a project team environment.
Maintain project documents and records in accordance with established document control procedures and standards.
Process, track, distribute, and archive project documentation.
Ensure document accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Support records management activities throughout the document lifecycle.
Coordinate document transmittals and manage revisions and version control.
Assist project teams with document management system processes and workflows.
Monitor document status and provide reporting as required.
Support project stakeholders by ensuring timely access to current documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project records.
Approximately 2 years of Document Control (PDDM) experience within an industrial, engineering, construction, mining, or project-based environment.
Strong understanding of document control and records management fundamentals.
Experience working within project teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with document management systems and related document control processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
