Job summary

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking a detail-oriented nutrition support individual to manage patient meal selections and food preferences daily. You will enter menu data into the computer system and process diet changes as requested, ensuring timely late trays when needed.

The role requires good communication, team collaboration, and strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior nutrition experience and CBORD knowledge are assets for success.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate of a Food & Nutrition program preferred.
• 1 year Nutrition/diet related experience preferred.
• Good telephone manner with clear verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills and patient-focused care philosophy.
• Knowledge of therapeutic nutrition is an asset.
• CBORD knowledge is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification is an asset.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Keyboarding skills at 50 w.p.m. with max 5% error rate.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
