This hybrid engagement mandates on-site attendance as required by project milestones, with the initial contract concluding on March 31, 2027, alongside potential avenues for extension into the next fiscal year.

Oversee project budgets by diligently tracking commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and contingencies to ensure efficient resource utilization. Facilitate collaboration among internal stakeholders and external partners, actively managing the performance of specialty consultants, general contractors, and equipment suppliers. Ensure all construction and renovation activities are carefully sequenced to minimize operational disruptions in occupied and active facilities.

Deep knowledge of construction procurement, tendering processes, contract administration, commissioning, and regulatory building codes. Strong proficiency in developing detailed scopes of work and accurately interpreting technical information from architectural drawings and specifications. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and vendor-management capabilities, coupled with the ability to elevate emerging risks and budget pressures appropriately. A Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or relevant construction-focused professional education is highly preferred.

Summary
