Join Our Summer 2024 Team!

Become part of the hardest working team in your community this summer! We specialize in transforming homes with professional quality painting and staining services for both interior and exterior projects.

Our goal is for our clients to fall back in love with their homes and be amazed by the before-and-after transformations. We are offering both full-time and part-time positions to motivated, coachable individuals who want to take pride in their work and take ownership of their projects.

Requirements:

• Some hands-on experience preferred (no professional experience necessary). Training will be provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Reliable, hardworking, and coachable.

Responsibilities:

• Complete projects from start to finish, maintaining high quality standards and efficiency.
• Keep the work site organized and clean.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew members, and business owner to ensure satisfaction.
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site.

Compensation:

• $17.50 - $20+ per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
• Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership roles.
