CSN Automacs is seeking a well-rounded Autobody Technician to join our dynamic, collaborative repair team in Oakville, ON. Overview/Responsibilities:

• Stay at the forefront of the collision repair industry, understanding vehicle materials and future technological infrastructure.
• Follow OEM repair procedures, perform pre- and post-scan of vehicles, and calibrate modules as needed.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Take pride in delivering quality repairs and maintaining a positive work ethic.
• Manage deadlines and work under pressure.
• Perform equipment audits to ensure performance and detect faults.
• Use hand and power tools efficiently for repairs.
• Conduct heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment.
• Collaborate to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• 310B Autobody Certification or Red Seal preferred.
• Willing to consider registered apprentices in their third or fourth year.
• Mandatory previous experience in autobody collision repair.
• Proven automotive repair experience as an Autobody Technician.
• Journeyperson or Red Seal certification preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and fixing vehicle issues.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
