Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Manager for the ON-New Sudbury Centre location to lead the Beauty Studio, oversee services, and drive an exceptional client experience. You will manage events, training, and staffing to ensure a top-tier in-store experience.

In this role you will inspire and develop Beauty Advisors, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Sudbury, Ontario.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beauty Studio operations and ensure staff training and day-to-day management.
• Leverage technology to enhance client services and elevate in-store experience.
• Manage Online Reservation system and staffing for increased services.
• Plan and staff all in-store events to maximize learning and sales.
• Lead training and certification processes for Beauty Advisors.
• Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on-stage.
