Job summary

Sephora Canada in London, ON is seeking an Interim Lead to guide a high-performing team, drive client experiences, and exceed goals. You'll coach, train, and develop with a client-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll lead store operations, merchandise, and daily workflows while upholding Sephora standards and ensuring an inclusive team culture. CAD$22.20–$26.10 per hour, full-time with availability during peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)

Meaningful Rewards

• The compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr.
