Sephora Canada in Surrey seeks an Interim Lead to guide a store team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while upholding Sephora standards and a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours


• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment

• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55/hr.
