Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree (≥3 years) or a health/social services diploma (≥2 years) required.
• Minimum three years in a leadership role, preferably in health or social services.
• Completion or enrollment in a long-term care home administration/management program (≥100 hours).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of the Long Term Care Act.
