Job summary

Caressant Care in Lindsay, Ontario invites applications for an Executive Director to lead our team of care providers. The role requires a post-secondary degree or diploma in health or social services and leadership experience in a health or social services setting.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a leadership position, preferably in the health or social services sector.
• Completed or enrolled in a program in long-term care home administration or management that is a minimum of 100 hours in duration of instruction time

• Working knowledge of the Long Term Care Act

What you bring…

• A post-secondary degree (minimum of a three-year program), or a post-secondary diploma in health or social services (minimum two-year program)
• Three years' experience in a leadership position, preferably in the health or social services sector
• Have completed or are enrolled in a program in long-term care home administration or management that is a minimum of 100 hours in duration of instruction time
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of the Long Term Care Act

The salary range is $110,000-$128,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
