What You’ll Do :

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits
• Drive budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with senior leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and payroll team
• Support fundraising initiatives and financial planning for growth
• Manage risk, ensure internal controls, and optimize finance processes

What You Bring :

• 5+ years of senior finance or accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in not-for-profit, healthcare, or public sector environments is a plus
• Skilled in strategic thinking, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
