Job Responsibilities :

• Facilitates growth initiatives for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships.
• Maintains a record of revenue generation from sales and syndications.
• Ensures adherence to internal control standards, including audit, regulatory, and compliance policies.
• Leads and executes business development plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Provides strategic advice and insights to senior leadership.
• Recommends strategies and initiatives based on market and business analysis.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
• Develops business cases, identifies needs, analyzes options, and assesses ROI.
• Coordinates data management and leads change management programs.
