Job summary

Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in Whitby, ON, seeks a full-time Integrated MH-A CP-S DIRECTOR to lead the planning, development and delivery of integrated mental health programs across Northumberland Hills Hospital and Campbellford Memorial Hospital in partnership with Ontario Health East.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Services and collaborating with hospital leaders, you will set strategic direction, oversee budgets, program performance, and workforce development to ensure

Qualifications

Master’s degree in health or social sciences is required.
Minimum 10 years leading large, complex health teams with mental health experience.
Strong coaching, mentorship and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational management of multiple clinical programs across partner hospitals.
Provide supervision to management and staff while maintaining positive union relationships.
Lead training and professional development for staff in the clinical programs.
Ensure standardization of service delivery with quality standards and evidence-based practice.
Monitor annual operating and capital budgets to sustain programs.
Collaborate with Integrated Directors to facilitate seamless transitions of services.
