Job summary

Brightshores in Owen Sound is seeking a Manager for Mental Health & Addiction Services to oversee the development, management, evaluation and continuous improvement of quality patient care services. This role includes coordinating outpatient programs and day-to-day departmental activities to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a regulated healthcare profession or social services; master's preferred.
• Current registration with a health professional regulatory body.
• Experience delivering complex mental health and/or addiction programs in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years management or project management experience in hospital or community settings.
• Experience in capacity-building and collaborative partnership development.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time and resources.
• Ability to collaborate with regional healthcare partners and build relationships with senior executives.
• Available for regular Hospital Administrator On-Call responsibilities (evenings and weekends).
