Job summary

Rheinmetall Canada is seeking an Integrated Management Systems Manager to lead quality, environment, and compliance across IMS. You will maintain certifications, drive continuous improvement, and manage a specialized team to ensure product safety and supplier process quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 10+ years in quality/environment, and strong ISO mastery, with bilingual French/English capabilities. Teleworking options and a supportive benefits package are included.

As an Integrated Management Systems Manager, you will be responsible for leading activities related to quality, environment, and compliance of integrated management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining certifications, continuous improvement, and managing a specialized team.

Here are the main responsibilities:

• Coach and mobilize the QA/Env team.
• Plan activities and manage operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 50001 standards and product safety.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
• Manage complex non-conformities and corrective action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
• Define and adjust IMS objectives according to risks and opportunities.
• Support quality engineering projects and ensure their compliance.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, suppliers, and processes.

The qualifications and assets we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality and/or environment.
• Experience in team management.
• Mastery of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 50001).
• Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.

Assets:

• Certification as an Auditor/Lead Auditor.
• Technical and/or Engineering experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Strong interest or experience in the defense industry.
