Job summary

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator to support the HOCS team and Access Downtown Social Workers. You will coordinate clinical operations and ensure quality client care across WRHA’s network in Winnipeg.

Collaborating with WRHA programs and community partners, you will demonstrate strong leadership, manage resources, and promote trauma-informed, harm-reduction approaches while supporting staff development and service excellence.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in health or social services is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Experience with vulnerable populations and complex community service settings.
