Job Description

As a Coordinator in the integrated brand marketing team, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market plans across a brand portfolio. You will learn how to adopt an insight-driven approach and help bridge the worlds of business, creativity, and technology. You should handle competing priorities gracefully, be quick to act and adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and be motivated by data and results.

Marketing plays a vital role in driving innovation related to enhancing the fan/guest experience and shaping the future of our brands to stay culturally relevant.

  1. Assist in executing go-to-market plans for various initiatives.
  2. Contribute to shaping new ideas and challenge existing thinking to resonate with fans and advance our business.
  3. Manage multiple priorities and support revenue-generating activities by collaborating with ticketing, retail, food and beverage, and sponsorship teams.
  4. Collaborate with strategy & insights and business intelligence teams to conduct research, perform competitive audits, and deliver campaign performance updates to assess business health.
  5. Participate in specialty projects related to your brand portfolio.
Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of strategic marketing experience in a high-consideration product marketing role, including campaign development.
  • Interest in discovering and applying cultural and category trends.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with ease.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, quick on your feet.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and brainstorming with peers and senior team members.
