Job summary

Northbridge Financial is seeking an Insurance Support Coordinator to enable advisor success by delivering comprehensive sales support, client service, and operational excellence. You will streamline the sales process, ensure compliance, manage cases, and deliver high-quality, compliant work that enhances advisor credibility and productivity.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with advisors to identify opportunities, prepare client summaries, and conduct data mining for upselling

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or life insurance.
• Proficient in Life Insurance Carrier Illustration software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of advisor business with accuracy, timeliness, and proactive follow-up.
• Organize and execute daily workload to meet service level agreements and targets.
• Stay current on product updates and software enhancements to support advisor efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant work with strong attention to detail.
• Solve complex problems and conduct thorough fact-finding to support advisor decisions.
• Prepare client summaries and reports to identify opportunities for added value and increased advisor productivity.
• Conduct data mining to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including renewals.
• Work with advisors to maintain compliant client files and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support office operations through efficient workflow management.
• Assist advisors with compliance, integrity, and broker/agent training initiatives.

The Insurance Support Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling advisor success by providing comprehensive sales support, client service, and operational excellence. If you have:

• Post-secondary education in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or life insurance industry preferred.
• Proficient in Life Insurance Carrier Illustration software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet-based tools.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $74,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
