A Desjardins Agent team member is sought for the Senior Insurance Sales Representative role in Brampton, Ontario. The position offers full-time, permanent employment with potential commission and bonuses based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Insurance Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Salary Range: $50000 - $55000 / year PLUS commission and bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications).

Requirements

• 3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience
• Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
