Job summary

Coastal Community Credit Union is seeking an Insurance Representative, Level 2, to cross-sell Coastal Community Insurance Services and Coastal Community Credit Union products. You will report to the Agency Manager and handle clerical, sales, and service tasks in a dynamic insurance environment.

The role requires a secondary diploma, appropriate licensing, and knowledge of personal and commercial insurance. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required; licensing concurrent with position.
• Advanced knowledge of personal lines; working knowledge of commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and use Windows Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and general insurance office functions.
• Prospect, market, sell, and process products in general insurance, including ICBC transactions.
• Assist in developing products, procedures, or services.
• Check and sign policies for Level1 Salespersons as required.
• Promote the organization in the community and maintain quality service.
• Ensure all work meets standards of presentation, quality and timeliness.
