The Role:

We seek a motivated, entrepreneurial Level 2 Licensed Insurance Producer to join our high-performance team in Yaletown, Vancouver, or remotely. This commission-based role is ideal for someone eager to own their success, build a client book, and grow with a tech-forward brokerage backed by Southampton Financial.

As a Producer, your focus will be on generating new business and maintaining relationships, with access to diverse markets and support to help you increase your income. You will be the face of Alteri to clients, offering tailored solutions across personal and commercial insurance lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new clients.
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio in commercial and/or personal lines.
  • Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell additional lines based on client needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships focusing on renewals and retention.
  • Coordinate between clients and underwriters to align quotes and coverage with client needs.
  • Stay informed on insurer guidelines, market conditions, and coverage options.
  • Accurately record data in EPIC and other platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Level 2 Insurance License in British Columbia.
  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance, with knowledge of personal and commercial lines.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset—target-driven and proactive in lead generation.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in EPIC and insurer portals is a plus.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and customer service standards.
  • Experience handling high-value or complex risks is advantageous.
