Vienneau Insurance Ltd / Assurance Vienneau Ltée is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Insurance Processor to join their operations team in New Brunswick. You will manage insurance documentation, verify policy details, process applications, and ensure records meet regulatory standards.

This role requires fluency in English and French, strong data entry accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with agents and policyholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual in English and French.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar CRM software).

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and input new insurance applications, policy renewals, cancellations, and endorsements into the management system.
• Maintain digital policy files and ensure all required documents are collected and filed accurately.
• Check client data for completeness and accuracy against company standards and guidelines.
• Prepare policy files for underwriting review and highlight discrepancies.
• Assist agents, brokers, and policyholders with policy status, premium payments, and documentation needs.
• Adhere to insurance regulations and internal quality control guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented BiIingual Insurance Processor to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage insurance documentation, verify policy details, process applications, and ensure all records meet regulatory compliance standards. You will serve as a key administrative link between insurance agents, and policyholders to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Policy Processing: Review, verify, and input new insurance applications, policy renewals, cancellations, and endorsements into the management system.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain digital policy files, ensuring all required documents (medical reports, inspection reports, financial records) are collected and filed accurately.
• Data Verification: Check client data for completeness and accuracy, cross-referencing information against company standards and state/national guidelines.
• Underwriting Support: Prepare policy files for underwriting review, highlighting missing data or potential discrepancies.
• Client & Agent Assistance: Respond to routine inquiries from agents, brokers, and policyholders regarding policy status, premium payments, and basic documentation needs.
• Compliance & Auditing: Adhere strictly to insurance regulations, privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA/GLBA), and internal quality control guidelines.
