The role blends training delivery, regional marketing collaboration, and proactive outreach to agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong training, coaching and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to WFG advisors on iA insurance products, sales concepts, illustration software, and forms completion.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to develop regional marketing plans focused on product and software knowledge.
• Solicit new business and reconnect with advisors via telephone.
• Maintain regular contact with top, past, and prospective advisors.
• Create and update presentations using PowerPoint.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, written correspondence, or in person.
• Attend conferences, road shows, presentations, and events (evenings/weekends as required).
