Job summary

Equitable, a Canadian mutual company, is seeking aDirector of Insurance Sales (WFG) to drive business development and account management with the World Financial Group channel. This remote role supports the Individual Life and Health Insurance division from a home office, with travel as needed.

You will develop advisor relationships, deliver trainings and presentations, and work toward ambitious sales targets while maintaining flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial industry experience.
• Experience marketing to Independent Advisors in life insurance.
• Sales and sales management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and well-maintained vehicle.
• Ability to travel ~20% including internationally.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance-focused advisors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and productive advisor relationships for the Individual Insurance Product Line (UL, WL, Term, CI).
• Build relationships with producers through 1-on-1 meetings, seminars and case consultation.
• Deliver presentations to small and large groups of Advisors and distributors.
