You will promote and educate clients on insurance products, manage client relationships, and help expand our presence in the local community with a focus on exceptional service. You will deliver personalized insurance solutions, take ownership of client relationships, and grow your knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities at Westland.

Qualifications

• Licensed insurance broker level 1 or actively pursuing CAIB/CIP with financial support.
• 6+ months of insurance industry experience.
• Proven ability to build authentic client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Strong time management and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service to promote client retention.
• Educate clients on insurance products and available options.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
