Qualifications

• Laser-focused with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Building authentic client relationships comes naturally.
• Strong time-management with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality.
• Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!).
• 6+ months of industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service to promote client retention.
• Uncover clients’ business challenges and advise on insurance solutions.
• Assist clients with insurance needs using basic underwriting principles.
