Westland Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Pemberton, BC, to promote and educate clients on insurance products while owning client relationships and growing our presence in the community.

You will deliver outstanding service, support clients with their insurance needs, and continue to develop your knowledge and qualifications in a collaborative environment at Westland.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Strong time-management and discretion.
• Insurance broker level 1 license or pursuing CAIB/CIP.
• 6+ months of industry experience

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
