Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Chemainus, BC at our Oak Street location. You’ll educate clients on insurance products, manage relationships, and grow the firm’s community presence while delivering exceptional service.

Competitive compensation ranges from $21.28 to $25.67 per hour for a 37.5-hour week, with the company supporting training leading to CAIB/CIP and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have an insurance broker license or be pursuing CAIB/CIP.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $21.28 to $25.67 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
