Hamilton Township Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our Agent Department in Lindsay/Cobourg. In this office-based role, you’ll support servicing, retention, and renewal of auto, property, farm policies, delivering prompt service by phone, email, and in person.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service experience in insurance, a College diploma or higher, and a knowledge of Cognition+.
Location: Lindsay/Cobourg Office - This is an essential position to be in office 5 days per week (possibility to work at both locations)
Salary Range: $56,400 – $84,600 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
