Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to deliver premier service to institutional clients in Canada. You will act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day servicing and coordinate with Senior staff to support key relationships across asset classes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to navigate regulatory and business changes while maintaining meticulous client records.

Qualifications

• Experience at an asset management firm with institutional clients.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong client servicing and communication skills with bilingual English/French.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of clients.
• Onboard clients including contract negotiation and account setup.
• Communicate regulatory and business changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and due diligence sessions.
• Maintain client records and respond to auditors and third parties.
