About The Role

The Inspection & Maintenance Manager is essential to ensure the continuity of scheduled maintenance programs, minimizing critical equipment downtime and preserving asset life. Additionally, maintaining leadership in this role supports compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency, reducing operational costs and deferred maintenance risks.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with five years of experience including experience in construction projects and the design and maintenance of mechanical or electrical systems, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training, and experience.

• Excellent knowledge of design and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance management software applications (e.g., TMA).
• Good knowledge of building code requirements.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems, drawings and documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and to facilitate consensus decision making.
• Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
