Job summary

goeasy is hiring an Insights Analyst in Mississauga to transform data into actionable business insights. You will partner with Leaders to identify trends, build dashboards and reports, and influence strategic decisions through storytelling with data.

You will work on data visualization, data analysis, and performance measurement to drive growth and improve customer outcomes in a high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with ability to work through complex business challenges.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards, performance reporting, and data visualizations that support business decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision making.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leaders to make informed decisions quickly.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations that drive business action.
• Partner with Operations, Data, and Technology teams to solve business challenges with data-driven solutions.
• Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to improve outcomes, efficiency, and performance.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Support strategic initiatives through analysis, problem solving, and performance measurement.
