Job summary

GDI Ainsworth in Mississauga is seeking a Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to lead the Technical Services analytics function and advance reporting capabilities. This hands-on leader will oversee a team of analysts while partnering across Operations, Finance, Digital Solutions, and other business units to enhance reporting and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in analytics, BI, reporting, or performance management.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analytics teams.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting programs.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling expertise.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI automation and data visualization best practices.
• Understanding of data governance, KPI development, and reporting lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with coaching and strategic direction.
• Promote analytics best practices, reporting standards, and quality expectations.
• Contribute to strategic analytics initiatives and critical business requests.
• Support recurring and executive reporting while balancing priorities.
• Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting using Power BI.
• Translate business objectives into metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and maintain the analytics roadmap and automation opportunities.
• Establish and maintain reporting governance and data accuracy.
• Partner with leaders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Present insights on trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Collaborate to promote consistent reporting standards and data governance.
