Job summary

Kruger Products in Mississauga, ON is seeking an Inside Sales & Support Representative to drive profitable growth by delivering responsive customer service, managing sales opportunities, and ensuring accurate quote-to-order execution.

You will qualify leads, prepare quotes, coordinate with supply chain, and maintain CRM records while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Quality teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Experience supporting B2B customers in CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales & Support Representative supports profitable growth and customer retention by delivering responsive customer service, managing sales opportunities, and ensuring accurate, efficient quote-to-order execution. This role serves as a trusted partner to customers while supporting sales performance and operational excellence.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities, delivering timely support and identifying solutions that meet customer needs.
• Qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads while identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
• Prepare and manage quotes, ensuring pricing accuracy and a seamless transition from quote to order.
• Support order fulfillment by coordinating with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer commitments.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and sales teams, providing product guidance, order updates, and issue resolution support.
• Proactively engage customers through outbound outreach to drive retention, account growth, and pipeline development.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records in CRM systems and provide reporting and insights to support business decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide administrative and operational support that enables efficient sales execution and business growth.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or a related field
• Experience supporting B2B customers, preferably within CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is an asset
• Working knowledge of order-to-cash, supply chain, pricing, and customer support processes
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, strong accountability, and a commitment to follow-through and continuous improvement
• Bilingualism (English & French speaking, reading, and writing) is considered an asset

The starting range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 – or higher, depending on your experience.
