Job summary

Kruger Products is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our Corporate Finance team in Mississauga to drive high‑quality financial reporting, analysis, and insights. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury while gaining exposure to executive reporting, investor relations, and finance transformation initiatives.

In a rotational development program, you will build a broad finance skill-set across Corporate Reporting and Accounting, preparing you for future leadership opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business.
  • CPA designation or nearing completion of CPA requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, corporate finance, or public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial statement preparation, and consolidations.
  • Experience with a national public accounting firm and large-company clients is considered an asset.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to analyze and communicate complex financial information.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance and business functions.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, BPC, or similar financial systems is an asset.
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-enabled technologies to improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance reporting; experience building or maintaining AI agents is an asset.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives, including automation, AI-enabled tools, and new system implementations, is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reporting for actual results, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting for lender groups, including covenant compliance monitoring and performance assessments.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual external financial statements, MD&A, earnings releases, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Develop executive-level reporting packages, including KPI reporting, financial commentary, variance analysis, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Analyze Investor Relations data and contribute to materials prepared for investors, lenders, the Audit Committee, and the Board.
  • Support the monthly consolidation process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial results.
  • Act as Corporate Accounting Supervisor within the rotational program, supporting the development and oversight of Corporate General Accountants.
  • Champion continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support finance transformation projects, including new system implementations, testing, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvements.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

What You Will Do

Are you a CPA or finance professional looking to move beyond traditional accounting and play a key role in corporate reporting and strategic finance? Join our Corporate Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance.

In this role, you will support senior leadership, lenders, investors, and external stakeholders through the preparation of high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and insights. You will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury teams while gaining exposure to executive reporting, investor relations, external financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.

As part of a unique rotational development program, you will gain hands‑on experience across Corporate Reporting and Accounting functions, building a broad and diverse finance skill‑set. This role offers the opportunity to continuously learn, take on new challenges, and develop expertise across multiple areas of Finance, helping prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

In This Role, You Can Expect To
