Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Technical Support professional to provide HVAC-R product guidance and order support.

You will work closely with customers, enter orders, support pricing, and build lasting relationships while staying current on our product lines and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications, or a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applications.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Enter and process sales orders accurately in our order system.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-up.
• Resolve customer service issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and delivery questions.
• Stay current on our HVAC-R product line.
• Support pricing, quoting, and availability inquiries.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers through responsive, knowledgeable service.
